• Three Days Left Of 2009

  Well hello everyone! :D

  It's your neighborhood friendly, Matthew Smith. Yeah, this is my first blog post in a long time. Woohoo! ;D - So let's see. What to start with. Well, Christmas was busy at work. Yeah. I had to work Christmas Eve and Day. Only because I was given Thanksgiving off. Not that I had a choice. They never asked. Dirtbags of Managers. >:(

  Carrie Underwood got engaged to her Boyfriend. There's a bit of news for ya. Moving on. ::) - Jessica Wagner sent me a friends request on facebook (Or accepted a really old one from me; not sure which :o) and Suddenly we're talking again (Sorta - She's in the Army. She hasn't much time cept on the weekends, and I wasn't on much this past weekend, or when I was, I always missed her.)

  She seemed to have forgotten about the email she sent me, breaking it off, stating she had a boytoy in the army with her, and that she never wanted to hear from me again. (Strange, I know, but... come on... you know girls. 8-) Oh, wait. You are mostly all girls here.

  I got me a new laptop, with Windows 7. It's okay, cept for it doesn't let me print anything from Quicken budget program due to the 64bit OS. Sucks. :-/

  So, thoughts? Questions? Opinions? Give it to me! Don't be shy. Not that any of you are... :)

• Busy Bee

  Yeah. Man... it's been a crazy past few weeks.

  Working my tail off. Everyone wants to get out of the hospital before Christmas. I don't blame them. I have to work on Christmas. BUT, it's only fair, because I had off on Thanksgiving. And it's my normal second shift, meaning I don't go in until 2pm, so, We can still open gifts in the morning. :-)

  I got to train a new transporter today for like 3 hours. And boy, did I train his behind off. I hope I taught him something. He seemed appreciative at the end, so... I guess I did. I'm just never sure where to start when training. I just jump in with them. What else am I supposed to do?

  But I'm NOT a fool to believe I can change the world. It's just one new Transporter at a time. Right?

  Merry Christmas everyone. Nope. Not going with Happy Holidays. It's Christmas. So... let it snow... or in my case in Florida... let it rain... let it rain... let it rain. Haha.

• Happy Thanksgiving

  To everyone! I posted on several of my friend's pages, but I couldn't get to all of you, due to my computer was being slow and I wanted to go hang with my family for a while. So to those of you I didn't get to say hey to, here it is! HEY! Haha. :-) No, seriously. I hope you all had a great day and never forget what is truly important in life. It's not schooling or knowledge. It's not work and money. It's love and family/friends.

• Fools and Friday the 13!

  So, what Carrie was sounding off about, was that E! online, posted an article on their website, about the way Carrie and Brad ended the CMAs. Taylor had just gotten off stage and Brad was saying something nice about how great she was and what a great night it had been, when Carrie suddenly interrupted him and was like "And how great were we? We were awesome!" and that was when the show ended.

  So E! online is saying that Carrie pulled a "Kanye West" (Or however you spell his name) on Brad and was totally dissing her over it. That's what we're all up in arms over. It was obvious it was a joke, but E! has to make it into something it's not. Nothing new with gossip sites, right?

  In other news...

  Today was Friday the 13th, or so it was when I had decided to write this post. I had an ICU patient have a partial seizure down in CT, because they decided to take an outpatient and do their test first! Then I was showing a friend during our break the Carrie Underwood site, when one of the guys walks up - and states - "Country Music? That's depressing music. It makes people want to commit suicide."

  Me and my friend turn around and looked at him. She's like, Go away, and quit being nosy. But he didn't take a hint! Moron...

  Needless to say, he dissed my way of life - He dissed Carrie - He dissed country music overall. And therefore, we had words and I ended up calling a Country Music Hater to his face for the rest of the shift. And here I thought he was cool and all.
